    2. If the Opendisc® web site does not appear on your screen, your Internet connection does not work, please contact your Internet service provider:



    3. If the Opendisc® web site appears on your screen, re-launch the Opendisc® application and click on the 'Enter' button :




  2. If the problem persists, your network may be protected by a firewall which will not allow access. To configure your firewall:

    1. Your computer is part of a local network:
      click here

    2. Your computer is connected to the company network, please contact your System Administrator.
